Overall Cooperation Agreement with BeijingMunicipal Science & Technology Commission

The ceremony of “Overall Strategic Cooperation & Agreement Signing on Intellectual Property Mortgage Loan” with Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission was held at Bank of Beijing Plaza, during which, the Bank signed agreement on the spot with Beijing Saideli Technology Co., Ltd., Tsinghua Tongfang Artificial Environment Co., Ltd. And Beijing Competitor Weichuang Sports Technology Development Co., Ltd.

According to the agreement, the Commission, as governing department of technology enterprises in Beijing, will fulfill its guiding, coordinating, supporting and serving function to integrate service resources of government, banks, agencies and social associations in order to establish good environment for small/medium-sized tech companies and to provide certain interest subsidy support on intellectual property mortgage loans. Bank of Beijing will continue to innovate its financial products, improve service means and develop more SME loans on technology business to address the clients’ difficulty in financing. BoB will establish a service platform to introduce loan subsidy and initiate financing training. Besides, the Bank has committed that it will produce intellectual property mortgage loans of 300 million Yuan in future 3 years, where the Commission will provide subsidy support to those borrowers. The two parties also agreed to establish regular and effective communication and contact for better implementation.
