BoB Call Center honored as “China Best Service Feature Award”

Recently, Bank of Beijing’s 96169 hot line Call Center has been honored as 2008-2009 “China Best Service Feature Award” for its excellent service and brand image, co-organized by China Association of Trade in Services and China Information Industry Association.
